Then it run just fine for several ours or a day or two. It start and post, comes sometimes in to windows 8.1, and shuts down again. I could now see that the CPU red light turn on the second before it shuts down. This have now went on for a day or two like this, then it suddenly power off again.

Suddenly some ours later, the Pc starts again fine. I also tried to use other RAM, but no change, no post or bip. So I disconnected every thing, RAM, the two NVIDIA SLI card and ASUS sound card, but still the same. I did not disconnected the power to the CPU then, but will do the next time the same issue happens. It's just the fan for the CPU that not spinning, no post or bip. It looks like every light, other fans, the DVD was getting power, but no posting.
I connected a old fan to the 3 bin connector on the motherboard, and this fan was not spinning either. I checked the CPU fan with a nine volt ordinary battery, and it was spinning okay. One day I started the pc and the green light comes on, but the CPU fan do not spinning at all, and CPU red led constantly turn on, and no post or bip. I have tried to reinstall Windows 8.1, re-setted BIOS, took out the battery for Bios, re flashed bios, runed a mem test. Then it run fine for a day or two, but shuts down have been increasing, from now and then to more often. I had some instant where my computer suddenly shut down, and it restart and suddenly shut down again.
